Company History
Rite-Way Auto Glass opened in 1996. We are locally owned and operated and currently have two locations with six mobile units and two drive-in facilities. Alan Maupin, the owner, has over twenty four years experience in the auto glass business. He has been involved in all aspects of the business from sales, managing, operations, customer service, installations and training. He stays involved in all the day to day operations and training as well as installations on occasion. All of our installers are Lynx and Sika Certified with over sixty years of combined experience. We use only original equipment, approved glass and adhesives to provide the Safest Installation Possible. Our Warranty
All Bonded Glass parts are guaranteed against manufactured defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.
Sliding Back Glasses are guaranteed against manufactured defects in material for a period of one year.
Moving Door Glasses, Vent Glasses, Quarter Glasses, etc. are guaranteed against manufactured defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Electrical and/or mechanical parts are not covered unless these parts are installed new by Rite-Way Auto Glass.
Exclusions
In no event shall Rite-Way Auto Glass be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
Windshield Repairs
In some cases the attempt to repair a windshield can result in a chip or crack becoming larger. Rite-Way Auto Glass is not responsible for such damage. If you are dissatisfied with the repair, Rite-Way Auto Glass will apply the cost of the repair to your purchase of a new windshield. The windshield must be purchased from Rite-Way Auto Glass and installed by Rite-Way Auto Glass.
